The Climate Risk Finance for Sustainable and Climate Resilient Rainfed Farming and Pastoral Systems is implemented by the Global Environment Facility in Sudan, to strengthen the weather, climate and hydrological monitoring capabilities, early warning systems and available information for responding to extreme weather and planning adaptation to climate change.
